Tracy is an Associate Director at KPMG East Africa where she leads on Climate Change, Renewable Energy and Resilience services across the region. Tracy has worked with a range of public and private sector partners on sectoral climate change initiatives; environmental and social impact assessment and risk management; renewable energy, energy planning and energy access; decarbonization; circular economy; and policy and regulatory drivers for private-sector led, sustainable growth.  

Tracy is also a part of KPMG East Africa’s ESG leadership team, where she works with clients to assess risks and opportunities related to environmental, social and governance issues, including climate change, as well as strategy and reporting. 

She was previously the Director of Hydropower Development at the International Hydropower Association where she formulated key partnerships and led initiatives to assess and improve hydropower’s climate impact, as well as its role in freshwater management and renewable energy systems.  She also participated in sector-wide partnerships on broader sustainability assessment and performance improvement.
