Moses joined KPMG Uganda through the firm’s graduate recruitment programme and has progressed through various roles in both Audit and Advisory over more than 15 years with the firm. He began his career in the Audit Business Unit, where he served clients in the public sector and development finance, before transitioning to International Development Advisory Services (IDAS). He is a Partner within the International Development Advisory Services (IDAS) unit and provides leadership for the Advisory business in Uganda. Over the years, Moses has played a key role in the design and delivery of complex donor-funded programmes across Africa, focusing on public financial management, fund management, and institutional strengthening.
Moses has extensive experience in governance, accountability, and results-based management, supporting governments, development partners, and NGOs to enhance financial oversight, programme performance, and institutional capacity. His work spans technical assistance, fiduciary risk management, third-party monitoring and assurance, and capacity development within public and private institutions.
Moses holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from Makerere University. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
