Hiroyuki joined KPMG Asahi Shinwa (today’s KPMG AZSA LLC) in 1991. He was promoted to Partner in 2002 and was seconded to KPMG UK’s London office from 2004 for two years. He has extensive experience providing audit and advisory services in a leadership capacity to clients across a variety of industries including financial institutions, and in particular banking and insurance, as well as automotive, and real estate. Hiroyuki joined the Executive Board of KPMG AZSA LLC as Head of Financial Services in 2015 and joined the Senior Executive Board in 2019 where he has held management roles including PPC, Strategy and Planning, and Operations. He most recently acted as the COO of KPMG AZSA LLC and Office Managing Partner of Tokyo Office from 2021. In March 2023, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of KPMG AZSA LLC and Co-Chairman of KPMG Japan.
