For over 30 years, Katsuhiro Uramoto has engaged in IT structural reforms at global consulting firms and tech companies, including IT vendors and platform companies, before taking up his current position. In his time, he has worked on multiple company-wide transformation projects — such as service/delivery model reform in the technology business, IT division/subsidiary structural reform at business companies, and ERP enterprise system reform — from the planning to the execution stage.
Recently, as the head of the service delivery organization at Japan's top IT vendor, he implemented structural reforms of service delivery aimed at globalization, group company PMI, talent management reform, and organizational/cultural reform, from the planning to the execution stage. He also served as business officer at a global organization engaged in the enterprise SaaS application business.
