Kirk joined KPMG in 2020 and leads the client coverage of Private Equity funds clients. Also, he provides M&A origination as well as debt finance advisory services to a wide range of fund clients. Prior to joining KPMG, Kirk oversaw the financial sponsor coverage and leverage finance group at leading securities companies, where he worked on an extensive number of buyout and recapitalization transactions for various global private equity firms.
