Misa Kimura

Since joining KPMG in 2006, Misa Kimura has extensively worked in the field of governance, risk, and compliance, providing support for building and advancing risk management and compliance systems, addressing corporate governance issues, assessing the effectiveness of the board of directors, formulating corporate codes of conduct, etc. She has also provided numerous training sessions and workshops on corporate governance and risk management for company officers and employees. Since July 2020, she has been part of KPMG Japan Corporate Governance Center of Excellence (present KPMG Sustainable Value Service Japan).
