After working for an IT consulting company, Akihiro Kakusaka joined KPMG Consulting in 2016. He is responsible for a wide range of themes, including business strategy development, new business planning, systemization concept planning and implementation support, and operational strategy development. He has been involved in a large number of corporate transformation support projects based on business, IT, and digital redesign from the perspective of total optimization, from the front line to the middle and back. In recent years, he has provided services related to the formulation of customer and channel strategies, digital strategies, and operational strategies for the transformation of the customer experience at financial institutions.
