After working for several foreign consulting firms, Tomonori Hamada joined KPMG Consulting. His area of expertise is "CEO management cycle integration support," providing comprehensive support from strategy formulation to organizational reform and functional reallocation as an implementation system, and designing management control functions and structures (business management) to realize the strategic intent. His experience ranges from strategy formulation, including new business planning, mid-term and business planning and business development; organizational reform, including structural reform of head office functions, establishment of holding companies and support for management integration (PMI); and management control, including profit structure design and management dashboard concept/KPI development aligned with strategic intent. In addition to his experience as an external professional, he also has experience in leading management reforms internally, having personally set up and promoted his own Corporate Planning Office from the ground up as its Director.
