After leading the personnel solution team at a financial business company, a foreign-affiliated company, and a domestic consulting company, he has been in his current position as a People & Change solution team partner since 2018. He has provided consulting on human resources management in a wide range of industries such as railways, distribution, information services, finance, and local governments. With many project achievements from IT implementation support such as large-scale ERP, talent management system, analysis tool etc. in the personnel domain to promotion of business reform, he has conducted activities such as university part-time lecturer, seminar lecture, client study session, etc. He has received awards such as a client certificate of appreciation and an IT vendor award. In addition, he has been with the Osaka office, and as a Kansai area supervising partner, provides office management and business development support for the entire consulting domain in the Kansai area.
