He has worked for a global consulting firm and a global IT company before assuming the current position. For more than 30 years, he has been implementing consulting, system construction, outsourcing, and other projects for client companies. In recent years, he has been in charge of several business leaders in growth areas and has even successfully set up from scratch an organization responsible for cloud-based solution business. He has been working to improve the customer experience, achieve top-line growth, and realize cost reduction by transforming the three key touchpoints—marketing, sales, and customer service—that connect companies and their customers. He supports client companies in a wide range of industries, including banking, securities, manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, and retail, with a focus on the customer domain.

Responsible domain: Advisory services in marketing, sales, and customer service, including improving corporate sales; reforming sales back-office operations; designing hybrid sales strategy; and supporting SFA system introduction and establishment, omni-channel contact center concept design and implementation, digital marketing concept design and implementation, and global web concept design and implementation.
