He has experience in a wide range of projects, including Strategy Building, Profitability enhancement and Corporate strategy. He currently belongs to KPMG Consulting's Strategy and Transformation.

      Responsible domain: Strategy Building such as Growth Strategy, New Business Development and New Market Entry Strategy.
      Profitability enhancement such as BPR (Business Process Re-engineering), Cost Structure Reform and Product & Service Portfolio Restructuring.
      Corporate strategy such as Business Portfolio Restructuring, Mid-term plan development and Organizational Structure Reforms.
