Grace-Ann's professional experience includes human resource management, managing change initiatives, and management consulting.
Her skills and competencies include - job evaluation, strategic planning and development, delivery and evaluations of training programmes, employee relations, full-cycle recruiting (local and international) of technical and administrative staff and consultants , onboarding, assessments, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, as well as compliance and risk management. In addition, office and facilities management including administrative services, safety, security and internal communications and management of the human resource function in both the public and private sector unionized environment. She has people management experience working with third party contractors and working in an ISO/HACCP/ GMP certified environment with global organizations.
She maintains a distinct ownership orientation that produces results and a collaborative approach to management and providing solutions. She has worked in the manufacturing, agro processing, project management, community development and Big 4 professional services industries
Among her other certifications, she also has Post Gradate certificate in Advanced Human Resource Development, in addition to Post Graduate Certificate in Total Quality Management earned on a fellowship to Stockholm Sweden.
