Cynthia is currently the Quality and Risk Management Partner for KPMG in Caricom, an integrated KPMG economic network within the Caribbean.

Cynthia was admitted in to the firm as a Partner in 2002 and has over 35 years professional experience in the accounting profession. She has extensive experience in the audits of statutory bodies, financial institutions, pension schemes, special projects, consumer products and media and publishing entities.

Well versed in the area of Internal Audit Services, Cynthia is experienced in the provision of the assessment and evaluation of internal controls and business processes, as well as the evaluation of strategic management processes for various clients.

A member of the Accounting Standards Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica, Cynthia also provides IFRS accounting advisory services to several public clients as well as IFRS training and is and is the Partner In-Charge of KPMG in Jamaica’s IFRS advisory practice.
