Al is the Partner in KPMG Caricom, an integrated KPMG economic network within the Caribbean, with 23 Partners, 16 Directors, 120 Managers and over 1,240 staff.

With over 20 years’ professional experience, Al brings to KPMG’s leadership group his ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, providing superior client service since joining the firm in 2004.

With his wide background in multiple sectors and significant experience with group financial reporting under IFRS, He has managed and led statutory audits for numerous entities within the travel, leisure and tourism, financial services, gaming, manufacturing and distribution and public sectors. A proactive and service-oriented professional, Al has developed and maintained a strong record of quality and leadership of his engagement teams. He is integral to the firm’s training and development program and has served as a methodology, technology and sampling specialist.

Outside KPMG, Al is a committed Optimist, currently serving as District Governor for the Caribbean.
