Zaphian Edwards-Newman

Effective October 1, 2024, Zaphian was been promoted to the role of Director, Audit.

Zaphian has over 13 years of KPMG audit experience, having started with the firm in Jamaica as a KPMG scholarship recipient at the University of the West Indies.

Alongside her audit roles, she has been actively involved in the Caricom Quality Monitoring (QM) programs over the last three years and was the lead QM representative for Caricom in 2023. She is an Accredited Sampling Professional, since 2017 and played a key role as a KPMG Clara Champion across Caricom.

Zaphian will continue to play a role in the firm’s quality management system as she supports Head of Audit Quality and the Root Cause Analysis team with SoQM controls.
