The RoC clarified that the extension granted under this Order shall also cover the pending applications filed in Form No. GNL-1 for the extension of AGM for the financial year ended on 31.03.2020, which is yet to be approved. |

Informing about the same, N.V.S Reddy, Managing Director of Hyderabad Metro Rail Limited said, "Metro operations will be resumed in a graded manner from September 7 onwards following Hyderabad metro rail services Broad Guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The frequency of trains will be around 5 minutes. It will be increased or decreased based on passenger traffic and to avoid crowding. |

Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) has set up a COVID-19 testing facility at the multi-level car parking area of its Terminal 3 for arriving international passengers who have to take connecting domestic flights. If the RT-PCR test result is negative, the international passenger will be allowed to board his or her connecting domestic flight and he or she will not need to undergo any institutional quarantine, the ministry's order said. |
