In continuation with our practice of releasing the Service Tax Compendium every year, this year too, the Indirect Tax team has published the 2015 edition of the Compendium of Service Tax Law, a compilation of the legislative provisions on service tax in India which presents them in a structured and concise manner.
The earlier editions published were well received by our clients as well as byGovernment officials as it served the purpose of a ready reference forunderstanding the various facets of the service tax legislation.
