KPMG provide an eDiscovery managed service to a large financial institution whereby we manage all their eDiscovery, DSAR and digital investigation requirements. We have our client in responding to a regulatory request which involved terabytes of data. We used Technology Assisted Review (“TAR”) to add efficiencies to the review process.

Legal technology

We leverage global agreements to access market leading legal technology and continually enhance our technology solutions as new options come to market.

Our team designed and implemented a cloud based workflow solution to complete legal re-papering for the IBOR transition programme for a leading Irish bank, this solution allowed for a full audit trail of all contract due diligence, customer communications, contract review and redrafting, rekeying instruction for new rates to Banks systems, all while facilitating quality assurance and a blended resoucing model for cost optimisation.
