The gradireland 2021 awards have just been announced. We’re delighted to be recognised as the Employer of the Year 2021 and to have been awarded Best Internship Programme 2021.

Our wide range of exciting grad opportunities has always had an appeal to talented ambitious people from a variety of disciplines. And now its official – we’ve been named the Employer of the Year at the gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards! This is the largest early careers recruitment award in Ireland and covers tech, pharma, law, food & beverages, and a wide range of professional services businesses. Given such competition, we’re really delighted that our efforts at providing some of the best career experiences in the market have been recognised in being named Employer of the Year 2021 and Best Internship Programme 2021. We also delighted to have received runner up awards for our Graduate Training & Development Programme and our Graduate Careers website.

Making the right choice

Paul Vance, Head of Resourcing at KPMG in Ireland recognises that graduates have a wide range of options. “We know that ambitious, talented graduates often have a range of choices and making a decision on where to start your career can be a little daunting. In winning this award we believe it reaffirms our commitment to a supportive, exciting environment. ”

This recognition follows the gradireland 2020 awards, when we were proud to receive 3 key awards including Best Graduate Recruiter in Accounting and Financial Management, Best Training & Development programme and Graduate Employee of the Year.

Weighing up your options

Career objectives are very personal to the individual says Paul, but he and the Campus Team at KPMG recognise a lot of common threads. “The wide range of clients our people get to work with, the award-winning training and the great diversity and skills of our people are all reasons why so many talented graduates choose us. We hope that our market leading position in the gradireland Graduate Recruitment Awards 2021 is testament to those attributes. We’re really looking forward to welcoming all the new graduates joining us this year.”
