Gian’s has many years of experience in Ireland and the UK providing clients with expert valuation advice in the context of restructuring, transactional valuations of businesses for M&A and fundraising purposes, providing valuations of start-up companies, providing fairness opinions, expert witness assignments, valuations in the context of disputes, intangible asset valuations and valuations of performing and non-performing loan portfolios.

Gian completed a Masters in Mathematics for Applications at Royal Holloway, University of London and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACCA).
