Noleen Scullion

Noleen is a Director in our Risk and Regulatory Consulting practice. She specialises in banking and payments regulation and provides risk and regulatory related advice to banking, payment and fintech clients on all stages of the regulatory lifecycle including authorisation, supervision and enforcement. Her experience includes supporting firms with engaging with the Regulator, offering insights and industry standards and helping clients to operationalise regulatory requirements with regards to, inter alia, risk management frameworks and associated policies, governance and organisational structures, compliance, outsourcing and AML requirements.
