Vincent has experience service clients including UCITs, various alternative funds, complex structured entities and listed funds/companies on the London Stock Exchange.
Vincent has worked on many varied projects and over his career has delivered accounting advice, worked on IPO’s , performed due diligence work, carried out detailed control reviews and is IFRS, US GAAP and ISAE 3402 accredited.
Vincent’s past and current clients include BNY Mellon, Lyxor funds, Gateway UCITs, Dilosk, Goldmans Sachs funds, KBI, Avoca Capital (now KKR), Carador Income Fund (part of Blackstone GSO Capital Partners), the Irish Stock Exchange, Goodbody Stockbrokers and many others.
