Chris has 25 years’ experience as a lead adviser to public and private sector clients on their strategy, business cases, procurement, implementation and ongoing management for major infrastructure projects and critical business services.
In the last 10+ years Chris has increasingly focused on the procurement and management of major contracts in the areas of high-speed broadband networks, digitally enabled government services and ICT and BPO managed service contracts across the UK and Ireland. Chris regularly advises government bodies on the commercial structuring, negotiation and operational delivery and management of the contractual arrangements for such projects, including payment mechanisms and performance regimes.
