Eilish Ó Tuama - Associated Director

Eilish is an Associate Director in Risk Consulting. She has over 14 years’ experience of working across various roles in the financial services sector. Eilish brings SME fitness and probity knowledge and an understanding of regulator expectations, in this area. This knowledge is based on first-hand experience of working as a compliance professional in a large global bank, interacting with the Irish regulator and the ECB. She has provided general advice and personalised support to PCFs and Senior Management on the CBI Fitness & Probity Regime.

Eilish also brings a distinctive variety of skills from her previous roles as a reward professional, where she has gained valuable insight and knowledge across a variety of sectors that is relevant in the context of, and the application of conduct standards and individual accountability.
