Kate is a partner in our Tax practice. Kate has experience in advising Irish headquartered and multinational clients on Irish and international tax matters.

Kate has worked with clients across a wide range of industries and has a particular focus on aviation finance and leasing sectors. Kate has extensive experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, complex financing transactions, and structuring of both Irish and international acquisitions and expansions. She regularly leads multi-jurisdictional teams to deliver solutions for clients on large-scale transactions.  

Kate holds a Bachelor of Corporate Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Galway. She is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA).
