Maurice is an Audit Partner working in the technology, media and healthcare sectors. Maurice’s clients include SEC registrants, Irish listed companies and fast-growing private companies. He is also the audit sector partner lead for KPMG in Technology and Media. He has extensive capital markets experience in Ireland and the US, including on IPOs, transformative acquisitions and other transactions. He regularly works with early-stage technology companies and advises them on accounting and other matters that position them for a sale or listing.
