Amanda is a principal for the Financial Services Tax division. She specialises in aviation finance, leasing and insurance.
Amanda has extensive experience in advising a broad range of clients on both domestic and international tax matters, including restructuring and portfolio migrations, complex financing transactions, securitisations, cross border mergers and acquisitions.
She also provides Irish tax compliance services and tax provisioning assistance to a number of large groups.
Amanda has a BComm (International) with Irish from UCD. She is also a Member of the Chartered Accountants of Ireland and a Member of the Irish Tax Institute.
