Grace is a manager in KPMG’s People and Change practice. She has over 20 years of experience driving organisation change programmes across a number of sectors. Grace has led multiple strategic change projects and has deep experience in organisation change, talent management, culture transformation, leadership development and communications. Grace specialises in capability improvement and leads KPMG’s organisation design service offering in Ireland.
