David Kennedy

David is a partner in KPMG’s corporate finance practice. He specialises in M&A Strategy, Acquisitions and Divestiture working closely with leading Irish and international businesses. He also has a wealth of experience in fundraising and financing strategy and in recent years has been Lead Borrower Side Adviser in many complex debt and capital restructurings. David originally served as a tax partner in the firm and continues to leverage his tax experience in the development of M&A and financing solutions.
