Sinead is a qualified actuary with over 6 years of experience in general insurance. Her areas of expertise includes Solvency II, reserving and model risk management.
She works across a portfolio of audit clients providing specialist actuarial reserving and Solvency II support and also provides support on Head of Actuarial Function work. Sinead advises and supports clients on a wide range of Solvency II areas including internal model governance, standard formula assurance reviews, and ORSA review and production. Sinead has an interest in the role advanced technology can play in the insurance industry and in particular the ethical challenges that can arise for consumers as a result of this technology.
Sinead is a Fellow of Society of Actuaries in Ireland and has a BSc in Financial Mathematics and Economics from University of Galway and a MSc in Actuarial Science from University College Dublin.
