Shane is a director in Risk Consulting and advises a range of leading financial services institutions in banking. Shane has been with KPMG for over 9 years and in this time, he has gained valuable insight and deep knowledge across consumer protection, remediation and product assurance.

Shane assists clients to identify, manage and recover from risks, operational, regulatory and conduct related issues. Shane has extensive experience in conduct related remediation projects and has critical insights into the underlying root causes of conduct issues and how firms can embed a suitable risk framework to prevent conduct issues arising in the future. He has particular expertise in assisting clients to manage and address consumer related issues and product assurance projects. Shane brings a distinctive variety of skills from product SME knowledge, complaints knowledge, conduct and risk expertise to data analytics and financial modelling.
