Rodney is Managing Director of Energy Transition for KPMG consulting. Previously Rodney was COO of EirGrid, Ireland's Electricity Grid Operator where he had responsibility for the Operation of the Electricity Grid, Interconnectors and Markets. Rodney has worked closely with all types of producers and consumers of energy in order to manage the Grid and help the delivery of Ireland's renewable targets. Rodney has been at the cold face of delivery across every type of generation technology and system.
Rodney has worked in the Energy and Utilities Industry for over 20 years and has worked in Ireland ,the UK, Europe and beyond. Rodney has extensive experience in system operations offshore and onshore, IT/OT system implementation, regulation, asset delivery and markets.
