Neil is a Managing Director in KPMG Corporate Finance’s Infrastructure & Government team with over 27 years’ experience advising on a wide variety of corporate finance and project assurance services including infrastructure and government projects (from initial business case and investment appraisal, through procurement, project financing/PPPs and into implementation) and wider general financial and commercial assignments including funding assignments, property transactions, mergers, acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures, equity and debt fundraisings, corporate valuations and feasibility studies.
