In this edition of our Tax News Flash, we discuss highlights of the Harmonization of Tax Regulations Law (“the HPP Law"). The HPP Law is a further amendment of various tax laws after the Omnibus Law.

As the title suggests, the HPP Law is enacted to provide clarification in interpreting various tax laws and regulations. It also introduces a new Carbon Tax Law and the 2022 Voluntary Disclosure Program.
