Partner, Tax services
KPMG Advisory Indonesia

Eko is a partner in Tax Services for KPMG Indonesia. He has more than 20 years of experience and been providing tax consulting and tax compliance services to a wide range of multinational and domestic companies in a variety of industry sectors, such as construction, manufacturing, trading, services, telecommunication, pharmaceutical, automotive, plantation industry, hospitality industry and consumer products.

Eko has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience with full range of Indonesian tax issues, including corporate income tax, related party transactions, VAT and sales tax on luxury goods, withholding taxes and taxation of employees.

In addition to providing general tax advice, Eko assists with tax audits, objections and appeals and acts as liaison to the tax office and tax court. He also has experience in performing tax diagnostic reviews to ensure companies are in compliance with the tax laws

Andy is a director in Tax Services for KPMG Indonesia. He has almost 15 years of experience in providing tax advice to multinational and domestic corporations in a variety of industries.

Andy is leading Global Compliance Services for Indonesia office and working together with KPMG ASPAC in providing compliance services globally around the world. 

Andy is also actively involved in various tax due diligence, tax advisory services in specific industry issue for financial services, e-commerce, shipping, real estate, manufacturing, distribution and services company, and also involve in various tax structuring engagements and has assisted in other aspects of acquisitions of Indonesian entities, including the tax aspects of valuation issues and consideration of ownership structures.

Sutedjo is a partner in Tax Services for KPMG Indonesia with more than 27 years of experience. He initially worked as an auditor before joining the tax practice in 1996 and liaised with the Indonesian Tax Authority to perform tax audit.

Sutedjo provides tax advice to multi-national and domestic corporations in various industries. He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, custom and taxation of employees. Sutedjo is experienced in tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), dispute and conducting tax diagnostic reviews to ensure proper tax compliance. Sutedjo also served as keynote speaker in Singapore and Indonesia Tax Forums

Sutedjo is the member of the Indonesia Association of Tax Consultants and the member of the Indonesian Association of Tax Court Attorney.

Sutedjo specializes in financial services, oil & gas, logistic, advertising, P2P, startup, telecommunication, industrial markets, power plant, building and construction.

Julya is a director in Tax Services for KPMG Indonesia. She has been a tax and financial consultant since 2004 providing tax advice to multi-national and domestic corporations in a variety of industries. Her experience includes managing the fieldwork relating to the due diligence work in potential acquisitions, advising on structuring possibilities and research assistance in relation to funding and IPO engagements.

Julya has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes and taxation of employees.

In addition to providing general tax advice, Julya also assists clients in tax audits and tax court proceedings, including objections, appeals and reconsideration at the supreme court.

Julya is a Registered Tax Consultant, Level B issued by the Director General of Taxation – Indonesia and a member of the Indonesian Association of Tax Court Attorney.

Andina is senior associate in Roosdiono & Partner (“R&P”), an Indonesian law firm which provides legal services in association with the KPMG Law network. R&P is a separate legal entity. She is also an Intellectual Property (IP) specialist in R&P. Her experiences include licensing, franchising for major food and beverages corporation and representing big player companies in trademark registration matters in Indonesia.

Andina’s expertise includes advising clients in corporate secretarial compliance, corporate and commercial transactions, legal due diligence exercises and assisting in establishing businesses in various sectors in Indonesia.

Prior to joining the corporate commercial team, Andina was in capital market practice group and involved in the right issue transaction and secondary listing. She has acted for major corporations on domestic and cross border investments, specifically in hospitality and medical services sector.

KPMG Advisory Indonesia

Natalia is a director in the Global Mobility Services (“GMS”) for KPMG Indonesia with more than 25 years of experience. Her main role is providing tax assistance for international assignees of multinational corporations and local individual taxpayers. This role encompasses the tax compliance and tax advisory services for the expatriates and Indonesian nationals on various Indonesian individual tax issues, including representing the individuals in dealing with the tax office during the tax audit. Further, she is also overseeing the payroll services for certain companies in Indonesia.

Natalia also provides individual tax training or seminar to Indonesian employees, and briefing on employee income tax calculation and the related issues to Indonesian entities.

Natalia is a licensed tax practitioner in Indonesia and member of the Indonesian Association of Tax Consultants (IKPI).

Head of International Tax, Tax services
KPMG Advisory Indonesia

Jacob is the Head of International Tax of KPMG Indonesia. He has more than 25 years experience in the international tax and M&A practice. He joined KPMG at the beginning of 2016. He was a tax partner at a large continental European law firm and practiced in its offices in Amsterdam, Geneva and Zurich (which he opened in 2004) before joining KPMG Indonesia.

He is leading the international tax practice of KPMG Indonesia and is co-leading the M&A tax practice. He was and is involved in various cross border M&A transactions, tax due diligence and tax structuring, real property investment structuring and finance structuring. He also advises investment funds on their fund structuring and international acquisitions. In addition, he advises various e-commerce companies on their Indonesian activities, PE risks and international set-up.

Recently, he advised a consortium of foreign investors on an infrastructure investment (toll roads).

Head of Transfer Pricing, Tax services
KPMG Advisory Indonesia

Iwan is the head of the Transfer Pricing practice at KPMG Indonesia. He has over 25 years of experience, with more than 15 of those years focused specifically on tax and transfer pricing in Indonesia.

Prior to joining KPMG Indonesia, Iwan was with the KPMG Global Transfer Pricing Services group in Singapore for nearly four years and in the Netherlands for more than a year. Before that, he worked with the international tax and transfer pricing group of another big four firm in Amsterdam and Jakarta.

Iwan has been involved in various projects including transfer pricing documentation, planning and audit defence, and advance pricing agreement negotiations.

Iwan holds an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Leiden, Netherlands.

She is a specialized banking lawyer with extensive experience in the financial sector. Angga is the Audit & Assurance Director and the ESG Assurance Leader for KPMG Indonesia. He has 16 years of experience across audit, assurance and beyond audit/assurance services.

He has provided these services across a wide range of different industries and businesses, specializing in automotive, consumer and retail, e-commerce, industrial market, online apps-based companies, professional/consultancy services, telecommunication, trading, and technology.

He has completed the Sustainability Essentials for Business Certification from the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and the Executive Certificate in Advancing Sustainability from New York University.

She has more than15 years of working experiences in providing assurance and consulting services in various sectors including financial services and large multinational. She brought extensive insights on implementing risk and controls, governance and reporting in these ever important areas.

Anita has specializes in energy and natural resources and  in a range of tax controversy issues for energy and natural resources industry tax cases including manufacturing, banking and others. Further has an impressive record in a range of merger and acquisition especially in relation to oil & gas, geothermal, renewable energy, shipping, healthcare, skincare, medical, palm oil and others.

She is also a public speaker at several seminars and/or webinars such as Tax Amnesty, Omnibus Law, e-commerce, mergers and acquisitions and others. She is a guest lecturer at University of Indonesia including at BUMNs Learning Centre for Tax Litigation, Merger and Acquisition, Industry Tax Cases.

Indra is an audit partner and a member of audit and assurance technical team of KPMG Indonesia. He has more than 17 years of experience providing audit and other assurance services to consumer and industrial products, pharmaceutical, and telecommunication clients. 

Indra is currently the Chairman of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards Board – Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants (DSAK-IAI). He is actively involved in current development of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), in its journey of convergence to IFRS. He is also actively involved in international forums of accounting standard setters, including the IASB’s Emerging Economies Group.

Achimi has considerable experience in working with many foreign and local investors for legal aspects of corporate and commercial projects and transactions. She advises clients on corporate secretarial compliance, corporate licenses and regulatory compliance, acquisition transactions, legal due diligence exercises and transfer of shares and assets transactions.

Since May 2012, Achimi has been a team leader of legal matters relating to palm oil plantation companies. Her experience includes being a legal counsel at the Indonesian subsidiary of a US biopharmaceutical company. She was selected for secondment to a subsidiary of the largest low-cost airline in Malaysia from October 2019 to April 2020 where she has been instrumental in assisting the client with its business expansion in Philippines and Indonesia.
