Sutedjo is a partner in Tax Services for KPMG Indonesia with more than 27 years of experience. He initially worked as an auditor before joining the tax practice in 1996 and liaised with the Indonesian Tax Authority to perform tax audit.

Sutedjo provides tax advice to multi-national and domestic corporations in various industries. He has in-depth knowledge of the full range of Indonesian tax issues, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, custom and taxation of employees. Sutedjo is experienced in tax planning, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions ("M&A"), dispute and conducting tax diagnostic reviews to ensure proper tax compliance. Natalia is a director in the Global Mobility Services (“GMS”) for KPMG Indonesia with more than 25 years of experience. Her main role is providing tax assistance for international assignees of multinational corporations and local individual taxpayers. This role encompasses the tax compliance and tax advisory services for the expatriates and Indonesian nationals on various Indonesian individual tax issues, including representing the individuals in dealing with the tax office during the tax audit. Further, she is also overseeing the payroll services for certain companies in Indonesia.

Natalia also provides individual tax training or seminar to Indonesian employees, and briefing on employee income tax calculation and the related issues to Indonesian entities.

Natalia is a licensed tax practitioner in Indonesia and member of the Indonesian Association of Tax Consultants (IKPI).

Jacob is the Head of International Tax of KPMG Indonesia. He has more than 25 years experience in the international tax and M&A practice. He joined KPMG at the beginning of 2016. He was a tax partner at a large continental European law firm and practiced in its offices in Amsterdam, Geneva and Zurich (which he opened in 2004) before joining KPMG Indonesia.

He is leading the international tax practice of KPMG Indonesia and is co-leading the M&A tax practice. He was and is involved in various cross border M&A transactions, tax due diligence and tax structuring, real property investment structuring and finance structuring. He also advises investment funds on their fund structuring and international acquisitions. In addition, he advises various e-commerce companies on their Indonesian activities, PE risks and international set-up.

Recently, he advised a consortium of foreign investors on an infrastructure investment (toll roads).

Iwan is the head of the Transfer Pricing practice at KPMG Indonesia. He has over 25 years of experience, with more than 15 of those years focused specifically on tax and transfer pricing in Indonesia.

Prior to joining KPMG Indonesia, Iwan was with the KPMG Global Transfer Pricing Services group in Singapore for nearly four years and in the Netherlands for more than a year. Before that, he worked with the international tax and transfer pricing group of another big four firm in Amsterdam and Jakarta.

Iwan has been involved in various projects including transfer pricing documentation, planning and audit defence, and advance pricing agreement negotiations.

Iwan holds an LLM in Tax Law from the University of Leiden, Netherlands.
