Following the enactment of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation as Law No. 11 of 2020 on 2 November 2020, KPMG Indonesia and Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo (“LGS”) Law Firm are offering a series of webinars to help our clients understand and manage the impact of changes arising from the new law.

In the second webinar of the series, presented live on 8 December 2020, we discussed the topic At a Glance: Effects of the Omnibus Law on Investments in the Energy Sector. We also addressed the tax implications that businesses need to understand and consider in their decision making.
