She advises and represents clients on various IP works, including protection, prosecution, litigation, due diligence, and transactional IP work such as licensing and franchising, and provides advisory and review of cooperation agreements in movie productions. She is also experienced in providing advice on data protection and representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration matters. Ajeng's landmark dispute cases include the Indonesian National Arbitration Center’s trademark case, which has garnered significant attention in Indonesia, as well as the KOPITIAM case.
