Sandro Mieda Panjaitan

Sandro started her career in private practice in 2007 and has been actively representing a number of multinational and national companies, including major banks and financial institutions. With more than 13 years of experience, she also has substantial experiences in advising state owned companies, government institutions as well as the government of the Republic of Indonesia on financing transactions and issuance of debt securities. Her main areas of practice include banking and finance, debt securities, project financing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign investments and general corporate affairs.
