Achimi has considerable experience in working with many foreign and local sponsors or investors regarding the legal aspects of corporate and commercial projects and transactions in Indonesia. She advises clients on corporate secretarial compliance, corporate licenses and regulatory compliance, acquisition transactions, legal due diligence exercises and transfer of shares and assets transactions.

Since May 2012, Achimi has been a team leader of legal matters relating to palm oil plantation companies, advising major Malaysian conglomerates and companies on the legal aspects of their businesses in Indonesia. Achimi’s experience includes being a legal counsel at the Indonesian subsidiary of a world’s premier biopharmaceutical company based in US.
