Our Valuations team is inviting highly motivated and dynamic fresh graduates to begin their career with us. Our approach takes a holistic view of value, which involves taking the time to comprehend the dynamics of a business, as well as the industry and value drivers. In addition, we draw upon our extensive experience to apply relevant valuation methodologies, utilizing our deep industry knowledge and innovative benchmarking tools.
What you will do:
- Perform valuations of businesses, investment funds' portfolios, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments including derivatives, equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, financial reporting, litigation support, and financial advisory.
- Produce and Analyze financial models and assess commercial data and the assumptions which underlie financial forecasts.
- Research and monitor the latest valuation models and techniques to ensure that our work is in line with industry best practices.
- Support business development initiatives, including preparing proposals.
