Transaction Services - Intern

Join our dynamic team in the Deal Advisory, Transaction Services practice. We work closely with leading organizations, providing support for buy-side mergers, acquisitions, and sell-side divestitures.

What you will do:

• Assist in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, supporting financial due diligence, divestiture assistance, and post-deal support for corporate, MNC, and private equity clients.
• Supporting in engagement teams, ensuring client and third-party needs are met throughout transactions.
• Supporting in analyze target company data to identify financial trends, quality of earnings, working capital considerations, and potential risks affecting valuation and deal execution.
• Participate in prepare transaction advisory reports addressing key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation assumptions, budget achievability, and financial statements for business combinations and carve-outs.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or graduated in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Prior Internship experience in assurance services or transaction services preferred.
• Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
