KPMG Restructuring Services help businesses and their stakeholders to conceptualize and implement strategic, operational and financial change. These changes are due to a constantly evolving business lifecycle, with businesses facing issues such as right sizing and structuring for growth, underperformance, shortage of liquidity and insolvency. Our Restructuring team is focused on helping underperforming businesses work through their issues so they can restore value and enhance financial operational performance for the long-term.
What you will do:
- Performing analysis on the historical and current financial performance of the client to determine the viability of the business and identifying immediate remedies to resuscitate the business.
- Helping out the team to assist the client in the preparation of cash flow projection and ascertain the validity of the assumptions adopted and liquidity requirements of the client.
- Liaising with various stakeholders of the client in administration of various forms of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements (such as judicial management, liquidation and receivers and managers) including dealing with creditors’ queries, recovering and realizing assets and fulfilling the statutory obligations of the administrators.
- Supporting the business development initiatives, including the preparation of proposals and identification of opportunities.
