Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) - Intern

Mergers and Acquisitions represent a pivotal change in a company's plan for development or expansion. KPMG Deal Advisory M&A provides organizations with constructive advice throughout the life cycle of a transaction.

What you will do:

• Work on sell-side, buy-side and capital raising deals in all stages of execution.
• Execute M&A deals from a South East Asian perspective, being either for South East Asian clients or for global clients interested in South East Asia (SMEs, larger corporations, MNCs and private equity funds).
• Perform tasks such as building financial models, conducting valuations, drafting information memorandums, analyzing financial data, and reviewing due diligence reports.
• Conduct research and market analysis to help assess the impact of market dynamics and the competitive environment.
• Contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables, as well as business development and marketing initiatives.
• Look forward to intensive corporate training (both technical and soft skills), developing experience across sectors and geographies.
