Deal Strategy - Intern

In the Deal Strategy team, you will be tackling some of the most intricate and demanding challenges that our clients are currently facing. You will have the chance to provide strategic recommendations on business and operating models from both an organic and transactional viewpoint. Joining this newly formed group offers an exhilarating opportunity to shape the direction and expansion of our business. As we grow this team, we aim to accelerate our growth in the priority sectors and with our key clients.

What you will do:

• Collaborate within a team to address complex market, strategic, operational, and organizational issues.
• Participate in financial analyses (including high-level modeling) to support the development of strategic insights (including consideration of market developments, organizational options and responses, capacity / capability-building requirements, etc.)
• Supporting research to help clients assess the impact of the above on their organizations.
• Participate in developing business cases and business plans underpinned by robust financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives.
• Supporting in contributing to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in both verbal and written English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Highly motivated, flexible, and able to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to navigate complexity, drive outcomes, and gain stakeholder support.
• Intellectual curiosity and adaptability in solving problems.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with commercial awareness.
• Effective communication of key insights orally and in writing.
• Ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Flexible and adaptable to different engagements and environments.
