Payroll - Associate

We invite highly motivated fresh graduates to join our trusted team in the Management Consulting, Managed Services and Payroll practice. This team offers accurate and on-time payroll services to our international clients.

Our Payroll Consultants will undergo professional development to become experts in providing reliable payroll services that comply with customized international payroll regulations and systems. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of payroll calculations, tax services, and payslip production, and be equipped to deliver accurate results.

What you will do:

• Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll functions related to client portfolios.
• Set up payroll systems and create employee master profiles in the payroll system.
• Prepare payroll registers after recording instructions are provided by the client.
• Prepare bank files and listings.
• Extract and release payslips.
• Prepare tax clearance.
• Prepare year-end forms.
• Prepare government-paid leave claims- childcare, maternity, and paternity.
• Handle clients’ leave and claim management in accordance with clients’ policies procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to HR.
• Other incidental work as assigned from time to time.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with an academic background in Accounting or other related fields.
• You will need at minimum a year of solid working experience in a payroll environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a strong command of English.
• Candidates who come from an outsourced payroll environment or that have related internship experience will have an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and proven experience in the usage of payroll software.
• Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deal sensitively with confidential information.
• You must be able to work effectively on a team, have a good attitude and good interpersonal communication skills.
