As a member of the Financial Services Consulting (FSC) team, you will tackle some of the most complex and challenging issues that our clients face today. Our team provides strategic advice to banking and insurance clients looking to improve their performance and growth through their business and operating models. As a successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in delivering enterprise-wide strategy work that aims to identify growth and productivity improvements across a client’s business. Our consultants cater to the needs of both global and local Indonesian clients, acquiring a broad range of transferable skills along the way.

What you will do:

  • Support and deliver engagements while working with FSC and other cross-functional teams.
  • Connect execution to strategic banking and insurance company’s goals.
  • Perform business model (customers, markets, products, distribution) analysis and design.
  • Perform operating model (organization & governance, processes, systems & technology, people & skills, performance) analysis and design.
  • Map improvement opportunities by translating the commercial and operational strategy of the client to execution by means of performance indicators.
  • Define improvement programs under which improvement projects can be started.

Desired skills & experience

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic background from a local or overseas University in fields related to business, accounting, economics, information technology or finance.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. The ability to speak or write Bahasa Indonesian is a plus.
  • Goal-driven - focused on helping the client to understand issues and resolve key questions; Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, drive towards a desired outcome, and gain stakeholder support.
  • A strong analytical mind, driven, and an excellent communicator.
  • A pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
  • Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours, work environments and locations.
