As a member of our team, you'll work to address complex market, strategic, operational, and organizational challenges for our clients. We cut through complexity and develop actionable plans to mitigate business challenges by providing tailored recommendations rooted in our client's operating environment, leading to sustained success for their businesses.
What you will do:
- Work as part of a team to address complex market, strategic, operational, and organizational issues.
- Design and execute financial analyses (including high-level modeling) to support the development of strategic insights (including consideration of market development, organizational options and responses, capacity/capability-building requirements etc.).
- Conceive and undertake primary and secondary research to help clients assess the impact of the above on their organizations.
- Develop business cases and business plans underpinned by robust financial analysis in support of strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the delivery and presentation of client deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with client staff and management, often working on joint teams in the development and delivery of recommendations.
Desired skills & experience
- Excellent academic background in fields related to business, accounting, economics, finance or anything equivalent.
- The flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types.
- Goal-driven - focused on helping the client to understand issues and resolve key questions; Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, drive towards a desired outcome, and gain stakeholder support.
- Proficient in managing projects that are cross-border, multi-functional, and have complex stakeholders.
- Intellectual mobility, inquisitiveness, and the ability to work independently; Comfortable developing answers and solutions even when the client’s requirements remain unclear or change.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills combined with sound commercial acumen.
- A pragmatic and logical approach to analysis and problem-solving.
- Personal drive to deliver results and the ability to adapt to a variety of different engagement types.
