What you will do:

• Lead day-to-day execution of Enterprise Risk Management services for clients across various industries. This includes evaluating and designing governance frameworks and risk management programs, assessing governance and risk management effectiveness, designing risk and compliance reporting frameworks, conducting leading practice reviews, developing training programs and supporting companies' transformation of their enterprise risk management programs.
• Provide analytical support to develop and implement formal ERM methodologies including the identification, assessment, prioritization, tracking, mitigation, and reporting of risks.
• Design and develop risk assessments, surveys, dashboards, scorecards and reports using appropriate metrics (key risk indicators, loss event data, emerging risks, control effectiveness) to support the executive team in its evaluation and reporting of enterprise risk.
• Participate in firm go-to-market activities, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the development of proposals.
• Listen to client needs and apply collaborative critical thinking to solve complex client problems and lead client presentations with senior leadership and the board of directors.
• Coach, mentor, and train staff, as well as other team members; Assist in the management of the overall engagement including making plans, budgets, and schedules.

• Minimum five years of experience, preferably with relevant experience in strategy, market entry assistance projects, commercial due diligence, and/or consulting experience in financial advisory firms / global consulting firms, investment banks or private equity funds.
• A bachelor’s degree from a local or overseas university. A master’s degree is preferred.
• High proficiency in both verbal and written English.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving and presentation/report writing skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
• Highly motivated, committed, and flexible; Able to deal with changing priorities and strict deadlines.
• The ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, drive towards a desired outcome, and gain stakeholder support.
• Intellectual mobility and inquisitiveness; Comfortable developing answers/solutions when client requirements remain unclear or change.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills combined with sound commercial acumen.
• Ability to assess technical information to distil the key strategic insights and convey these succinctly and confidently both orally and in written form.
• Ability to work independently and build effective working relationships internally and externally.
• Flexibility to adapt to a variety of different engagement types, working hours, work environments, and locations.
