Accounting Advisory Services - Senior Associate

We invite highly passionate fresh graduates in accounting to join our reliable practice in Accounting Advisory Services. We help to create value in our client’s accounting and financial reporting process.

Our Accounting Advisory Services offer expert guidance and support for accounting processes and financial reporting. Our services include assessing accounting treatments, evaluating existing financial reporting processes, and providing recommendations for improvements. We also develop accounting policies and procedures, and provide assistance throughout the financial reporting preparation process.

What you will do:

• Communicate the accounting and financial reporting advisory results and offer opportunities for improvement to client personnel and senior leadership based on leading practices.
• Develop and maintain a positive, productive, collaborative professional relationship with the client, engagement or project team to provide well-coordinated and consistent results
• Participate in the firm's go-to-market activities, identify new business opportunities and develop proposals

• Minimum bachelor’s degree with an academic background in Accounting or other related fields.
• High proficiency in verbal and written English is essential.
• Preference will be given to candidates that possess a knowledge of the financial reporting process and controls, accounting standards, and reporting requirements.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to use data effectively in identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to observe and identify business processes and control issues in correlation with financial and regulatory reporting and operations.
• Goal-driven—help clients understand issues and resolve key questions, Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, drive towards a desired outcome, and gain stakeholder support.
