IT Enabled Transformation (ITET) helps organizations leverage technology across platforms and environments to achieve specific business objectives. The role is client-facing and internal, involving meetings with strategic alliance partners and potential target alliance partners. The objective is to help determine joint go-to-market offerings, facilitate sales and pipeline development, and ensure the smooth functioning of the KPMG Alliance and Partnerships

What you will do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor by formulating and supporting presale technical/functional activity for clients while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead prospect meetings through presentations, demonstrations, and support through the presales process.
  • Build deep relationships with the individual KPMG Alliance partners, client lead partners, and divisional leaders, working with them to define alliance-based solutions, and the associated target markets.
  • Work with KPMG leaders and the Alliance partner leadership to develop strong alliance-based values, which will clearly define the purpose of the alliance. This may take the form of running Joint Value Proposition & Client Pursuit workshops.
  • Work with KPMG alliance lead partners to develop sales strategies and set revenue targets and budgeting for each strategic alliance.
  • Understand KPMG’s competitive position in relation to key clients and ensure that competitive intelligence is shared and actioned across key client opportunities and portfolios.
  • Work with potential KPMG Alliance leads to develop joint business plans and gain commitment and interest from sponsoring partners / other relevant individuals.

Desired skills & experience

  • A minimum seven years of experience in presales or client-facing professional roles in complex solution sales environments.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Possess relevant experience working with technology alliances; Experience in the consulting, technology and financial services industry is preferred.
  • Experienced in Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, Google, ServiceNow, IBM and AWS.
  • Experience working within one of the strategic alliance organizations is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage team meetings, support accounts and pursue strategies.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills; Able to anticipate the needs of the account team/client.
  • Demonstrates a drive and passion for sales; Seeks to build effective collaborative relationship with customers that deliver positive results.
